Jeremy Bennett

Jeremy Bennett began his recruiting career in Houston, Texas, and quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the VP of the company’s Chicago branch. After 15 years with the firm, he noticed a shift in mindsets and goals regarding serving specific clientele. Despite having grown the business from just five people to a massive $400 million in revenue, he decided to move on.

After leaving the company, he founded Jeremy Bennet Recruiting, a self-taught, vetting process-oriented recruiting firm. With his years of experience and expertise, Jeremy set out to build a recruiting company that would provide clients with professional, accurate, and timely services, focused on the heavy equipment, construction, and public accounting industries. Today, Jeremy is a leader in retained searches, leveraging their industry-specific knowledge and expertise to help companies find the right candidates for their leadership and executive roles.
