To ensure this, we always begin their vetting process by hand selecting around 150 candidates who possess the skills and qualifications needed for the role. We then utilize their exclusive database to reach out to all qualified candidates via various mediums such as LinkedIn, email, social media, and phone calls.

This method ensures that all potential candidates are given an opportunity to be considered for the role and that the client has access to the best possible pool of candidates.

Phone-Screening

Once a significant number of candidates have been identified, our team will typically narrow down the pool to around 15 candidates for phone screening. During the phone screening process, we then conduct a thorough 30-45 minute conversation with each candidate with the goal of learning as much as possible about their background, skills, and qualifications.

This conversation also provides an opportunity for us to explain the client's business as a whole, including the culture and values of the company, and to assess the candidate's interest in the position and the company.

This in-depth phone screening process ensures that only the most qualified and suitable candidates are presented to the client for consideration, resulting in a successful recruitment process that meets both the client's and the candidate's needs.

Video Interviews

After the initial phone screening process, J Bennett Recruiting further narrows down the pool of candidates to the top 5 candidates who have shown the most promise for the specific role.

These candidates are then invited to participate in a video interview, which typically lasts between 90 minutes to 2 hours. During this interview, we then will ask a series of questions aimed at understanding the candidate's strengths and weaknesses, their professional experience, and how they would fit into the specific role and the client's company as a whole.

All video interviews are recorded and will be available for the client to review at their convenience. J Bennett Recruiting also provides a report of the highs and lows of each candidate, which includes a summary of their experience, qualifications, and performance in the video interview. This in-depth approach to the recruitment process ensures that the client is presented with only the most qualified and suitable candidates for the role, allowing for a successful recruitment outcome that meets the client's needs and expectations.

We then will provide an in-depth report on each of the two candidates, listing both the pros and cons of each candidate. This report includes a summary of the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and how well they fit into the client's company culture. Our final recommendations and in-depth report ensure that the client is presented with the most suitable candidates for the role, taking into consideration both their qualifications and their ability to thrive in the company culture. Final Candidates & Recap of Job Search

Once we have narrowed down the pool of candidates to the top few, we present our final recommendations to the client, along with an in-depth report on each candidate’s strengths, weaknesses, and overall fit for the role. We take into account not only their experience and qualifications but also their personality and how they will fit in with the company culture. We also offer video recordings of candidate interviews to provide our clients with a more in-depth look at each candidate. Our final presentation is tailored to the client’s specific needs and preferences, and we work closely with them to ensure that they have all the information they need to make the best hiring decision.
